Now Hiring: Buca di Beppo’s new Las Vegas Strip location to create 75 new jobs

Las Vegas, Nevada (Novem­ber 30, 2011) – Buca di Beppo Ital­ian Restau­rants is cur­rently hir­ing for its first restau­rant loca­tion on the Las Vegas Strip inside the Excal­ibur Hotel & Casino. The com­pany expects to hire more than 75 employ­ees for the restau­rant, which is slated to open Decem­ber 23.

Buca seeks only the most sin­cere and enthu­si­as­tic fam­ily mem­bers. The qual­ity and integrity of the Buca fam­ily is the cat­a­lyst for com­mit­ment to the ser­vice of guests.  Buca di Beppo is one of the most vibrant restau­rant com­pa­nies in the coun­try, with the vision to be the first choice for Cel­e­bra­tory Din­ing. The Buca Mis­sion is to pro­vide every guest with an over the top cel­e­bra­tory expe­ri­ence by deliv­er­ing vibrant Ital­ian food in an eclec­tic vin­tage set­ting. Approx­i­mately 75 posi­tions are required in all areas, includ­ing cooks, util­ity porters, hosts, servers, bussers and bar­tenders.  All inter­ested appli­cants should apply in per­son at the Excal­ibur Ban­quet rooms From Mon­day, Decem­ber 5 through Fri­day, Decem­ber 9 between the hours of 10am and 6pm.

Located on the Mez­za­nine Level of the Excal­ibur, the Buca di Beppo Strip loca­tion will be an 8,500 sq. ft. restau­rant with seat­ing for up to 300 guests.  Stay­ing true to the tra­di­tions that have made Buca di Beppo a pop­u­lar casual-dining Ital­ian restau­rant group with more than ninety loca­tions in the United States and Europe, the restau­rant will fea­ture its sig­na­ture quirky décor, com­plete with irrev­er­ent pho­tographs, strings of multi-colored dec­o­ra­tive lights, ging­ham table­cloths and over-the-top ser­vice.  The menu will include gen­er­ous por­tions of qual­ity house-made cui­sine includ­ing such favorites as freshly baked Lasagna, Spaghetti with Meat­balls “as big as your head,” Spicy Chicken Riga­toni or Veal Saltim­bocca.  A com­fort­able bar with sig­na­ture cock­tails and exten­sive wine list will also be fea­tured at the Excal­ibur location.
