Fresh, Fast and a Great Value: Buca di Beppo introduces new Express Lunch

Las Vegas, Nevada (April 12, 2011) — Buca di Beppo Ital­ian Restau­rants is pleased to intro­duce its new Express Lunch. For a lim­ited time, Buca di Beppo now offers more than twenty dif­fer­ent com­bi­na­tions of soup, sal­ads, sand­wiches and lunch entrees, Mon­day through Fri­day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a prices start­ing from $6.95.

Each Express Lunch com­bi­na­tion promises Great Value, Fast and con­sists of three courses includ­ing choice of Soup, choice of Salad and Gar­lic Bread. Entrees are divided into tiers rang­ing from “Clas­sics” such as Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, everyone’s “Favorites” the Fet­tuc­cine Supremo to “Sig­na­tures” like the Chicken Limone with your choice of side dish.

For a new twist on old favorites Buca is intro­duc­ing Ital­ian Melts. The Meat­ball Ital­ian Melt fea­tures Buca’s famous half-pound, mouth-watering meat­ball topped with home­made mari­nara sauce and moz­zarella cheese, pep­per­onci­nis and served on sig­na­ture toasted gar­lic bread. For a lighter option the Cap­rese Ital­ian Melt starts with the sig­na­ture gar­lic bread piled high with vine-ripened toma­toes and fresh moz­zarella, then driz­zled with basil olive oil and topped with fresh basil.
