Legendary BBQ Restaurant Opens First Reno Location
Seeks to Fill 150 Positions

Reno, NV (Jan­u­ary 27, 2011) – Famous Dave’s BBQ, the nation’s lead­ing BBQ restau­rant, is now hir­ing for its upcom­ing Reno restau­rant that will open in early Spring at Hwy 395 and Kiet­zke Lane.  Like other Famous Dave’s loca­tions, the restau­rant will fea­ture award-winning BBQ and friendly, home­spun hospitality.

For all inter­ested can­di­dates, Famous Dave’s man­age­ment has set up a hir­ing cen­ter located in the Shasta Ball­room at the Grand Sierra Resort, 2500 East 2nd Street, Reno, NV 89502. Approx­i­mately 150 posi­tions are required in all areas, includ­ing line-cooks, prep cooks, dish­wash­ers, hosts, food servers, bussers, bar­tenders, food run­ners and cater­ing staff.  Appli­ca­tions will be accepted Wednes­day, Feb­ru­ary 2 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
