Famous Dave’s BBQ hosting “Buck-A-Bone” charity event at NV Energy to support the local Boys and Girls Club

Reno, NV (Feb­ru­ary 8, 2011) – Famous Dave’s Leg­endary Pit BBQ will be at NV Energy this Thurs­day sell­ing their award-winning St. Louis style ribs for one dol­lar each. All of the pro­ceeds from this event will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Truc­kee Mead­ows. This will be the first of sev­eral local char­ity events that Famous Dave’s will be host­ing to ben­e­fit the Boy and Girls Club.

EVENT:

An esti­mated turnout of 800 to 1,000 employ­ees and mem­bers of the Boy and Girls Club are expected to attend. Famous Dave’s mas­cot, Wilbur the Pig will also be on-site tak­ing pho­tographs and spread­ing the Famous Dave’s cheer.
