Celebrate New Year’s Eve with live entertainment, dining and dancing at Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa

Dana Point, CA, (Decem­ber 16, 2010) – Cel­e­brate New Year’s Eve with live enter­tain­ment, din­ing and danc­ing as the all-new Laguna Cliffs Mar­riott Resort & Spa offers an array of excit­ing enter­tain­ment options on Decem­ber 31.

Fine Din­ing at Vue Restaurant:

Enjoy fine din­ing at the award-winning Vue Restau­rant with a five-course feast.  The menu fea­tures a choice of appe­tiz­ers, soups, sal­ads and entrees rang­ing from Chilean Sea Bass, Filet Medal­lions, Rack of Lamb or Braised Kobe Short Ribs.  To make New Year’s a fam­ily affair, a children’s menu is also avail­able.  The spe­cial New Year’s set menu is avail­able from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and live din­ner music will also be pro­vided in Vue.  Price per per­son is $105 (plus applic­a­ble taxes and gra­tu­ity) and also includes admis­sion to the con­cert and fes­tiv­i­ties in the Dana Ball­room (see details below). Live Music by the Tijuana Dogs:

In the Dana Ball­room, the pop­u­lar South­ern Cal­i­for­nia band, the Tijuana Dogs will please crowds with their unique musi­cal stylings from clas­sic rock to mod­ern hits and every­thing in between.  Doors open at 8 p.m. with a cover charge of $25.  Seat­ing is lim­ited and avail­able on a first come, first serve basis.  The Tijuana Dogs’ per­for­mance will begin at 8:30 p.m. and run through 12:30 a.m., with party favors included and a bal­loon drop at mid­night.  Food sta­tions and cash bar are also avail­able in the ball­room. OverVue Lounge:

This unique indoor/outdoor venue pro­vides spec­tac­u­lar views of the Pacific Ocean, select food ser­vice and com­plete bar and patio seat­ing.  Begin­ning at 8:30 p.m. on Decem­ber 31, OverVue will fea­ture a live per­for­mance from the band Katalust.  There is no cover charge for this celebration.
