Cabazon, CA (June 8, 2010) – Currently on tour promoting his self titled debut album, Jason Derulo is making time for a special performance at Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa on July 9.  The special performance will be hosted by American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi.

Derulo made his name in the music industry by writing songs for artists such as Diddy, Cash Money, Cassie and Lil Mamma.  He wrote is first song at the age of five and harnessed his craft by studying opera, theater and ballet at Dillard Center of the Arts and American Musical and Dramatic Academy.

His dream of becoming a solo artists came to fruition in 2009 when he released his first single “Whatcha Say” which hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.  His second single “In My Head” reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100.  Derulo released his self-titled debut album in March 2010.
